The Andermatt Madumbi team are delighted to announce that Helgard has been promoted from Biospecialist to Senior Biospecialist.

In his Biospecialist role, Helgard showed a natural alignment to biosolution development through commercial engineering.

Commercial Engineering is the design of technical answers to customers’ problems through products and/or services, developed by R&D, and then adapted to the customer’s specific needs and expectations. To do this, a deep technical knowledge is required, as well as a commercial business management ability, to develop a Return on Invest (ROI) index for all stakeholders.

Helgard continues to successfully grow his biological expertise in, not only the table grape industry, but across a variety of crops, and is respected by the market for his technical ability therein. He has also been successful at repositioning several Andermatt Madumbi products in the market, giving them new life, which led to exponential sales growth and commercial success for the business.

‘In his new role, Helgard will expand his Key Account Management responsibilities to multiple Distributors and Dealers, develop strategic crop programs incorporating our products, as well as work with the PPM Team to engineer new technology and solutions, as we expand and diversify our portfolio for the high value crop market and the row crop market.
